Our story
Where does Roots Unity come from?
The origin
Roots Unity was born from a conviction forged in the field: the difficulties of people, teams and places often have invisible roots, and lasting performance comes from the alignment between people, teams and their purpose. Based in the Hauts-de-France region, the company offers coaching, supervision, training and geobiology — in France, Belgium and internationally.
The conviction
By revealing these roots rather than working around them, we release what transforms. This approach links systemic constellations, practitioner supervision, housing geobiology, agile coaching and organisational development, in tailor-made programmes and online courses.
Who is behind Roots Unity
Roots Unity was founded by Stéphane Jacquet, consultant, coach and trainer. He supports executives, teams and practitioners through systemic constellations, supervision, agile coaching and training. He is the author of the book Agility & Systemic Constellations.
