1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (“ToU”) govern access to and use of the website www.roots-unity.com, published by Roots Unity SASU (the “Publisher”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

4. Access to the site

The site is available free of charge 24 hours a day, subject to maintenance operations, technical interruptions or events beyond the Publisher's control. The Publisher does not guarantee continuous availability.

5. Intellectual property

All content published on the site (text, images, logos, graphics, videos, structure) is the exclusive property of Roots Unity SASU or its licensors and is protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. User responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

Use the site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Not behave in a way that may harm the site, its users or the Publisher
Provide accurate information when submitting forms or bookings
Respect third parties' intellectual property rights

6a. Account, comments and reviews

Some parts of the site (online courses) require an account. Login details are strictly personal and must not be shared; the Publisher may suspend an account in the event of shared login details, abusive use or copying of content. Comments and reviews that are posted must respect the law and other people: no insulting, discriminatory or defamatory remarks, and no personal or health data about third parties. The Publisher may moderate or remove content that does not comply with these rules.

7. Liability

The Publisher provides the information on the site for general information purposes only. Despite the care taken in preparing it, the Publisher does not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or up to date. The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. The Publisher has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

The Publisher reserves the right to change these ToU at any time. The version that applies is the one in force at the time the site is used.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valenciennes (France), subject to mandatory provisions to the contrary.
