How a session unfolds

  1. Free preparatory interview (30 min) — video or phone, to clarify your intention and verify that constellation is the right approach.
  2. The session itself (90 min individual / 120 min pro) — remote or in-person, using floor markers, figurines, or guided inner work.
  3. Integration phase — a few days to let the movement do its work.
  4. Follow-up check-in at D+15 (15 min, included) — video or phone, to anchor what has shifted.

🤝 Systemic constellation is a space for insight and movement, complementary to therapeutic or medical follow-up where it exists — never a substitute.

During the free preparatory interview, we explore together whether this is the right time for you. If a situation calls for specialized support (psychologist, doctor, psychiatrist), I will kindly guide you toward the right professionals.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be in therapy to do a constellation?

No, it’s not a prerequisite. Constellation can fit within a therapeutic journey, precede it, or stand as a one-time autonomous work. If you are in therapy, your therapist may be informed with your consent.

Does it work remotely?

Yes. Systemic representation works with figurines, visualized markers, or guided inner work. Many participants report effects comparable to in-person sessions.

How many sessions are needed?

Most situations unfold in 1 to 3 sessions. The 3-session pathway is recommended for deeper themes (transmissions, complex grief, structural professional blockages).

Do my loved ones need to be present or aware?

No. Constellation takes place without the physical presence of the system members. Their authorization is not required — only your intention matters.

What about confidentiality?

Total. No element of your situation is shared. For professionals, a written confidentiality charter is attached to the contract.

Do you accept OPCO / CPF / INFPC?

No, these schemes do not currently cover systemic constellation. Professional sessions are however deductible as business expenses (please check with your accountant).
