General Terms and Conditions of Sale — Training Programs

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships between Roots Unity SASU (hereinafter “Roots Unity”) and any individual or legal entity registering for a training program or service offered by Roots Unity (hereinafter “the Client”). Registration for any training program implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Training Programs Offered

Roots Unity offers in-person and distance training programs in the following areas: family systemic constellations, systemic constellations for therapists (individual practice), and agility & organizational systemic constellations.

Article 3 — Registration and Confirmation

Registration is made via the online form, by email, or by any other means indicated on the website. Registration is confirmed by Roots Unity via email. Registration is only finalized upon receipt of payment or a funding agreement.

Article 4 — Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are quoted in euros. Payment is made by bank transfer or any other means accepted by Roots Unity. Full payment is due before the start of the training, unless a written agreement for installment payments has been made.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, individual Clients have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of signing the training contract to exercise their right of withdrawal. Requests must be sent to contact@roots-unity.com.

Article 6 — Cancellation and Rescheduling

By the Client: Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date: full refund. Between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund or free rescheduling. Less than 15 days: no refund, except in cases of force majeure.

By Roots Unity: In the event of an insufficient number of participants or force majeure, Roots Unity reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

Article 7 — Liability

Roots Unity commits to implementing all necessary means for the proper execution of its services (obligation of means). Training programs are in no way a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Article 8 — Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the competent court shall be that of Valenciennes.
